These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZIP by LocalSignal service and related websites (the "Service"), operated by ConversionOS iQ, LLC ("ConversionOS iQ", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by ConversionOS iQ, LLC. When you enter into a contract for a paid plan, you contract with ConversionOS iQ, LLC as the provider of the Service, and with our reseller Paddle as the merchant of record for the transaction (see Section 6).
By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and, if you use the Service on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated.
ZIP by LocalSignal provides ZIP-code-level marketing attribution, reporting, and related analytics tools for home-improvement and in-home-sales operators. Features, limits, and plan entitlements are described on our pricing and product pages and may change over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive terms at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time via your Paddle receipt or paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
ConversionOS iQ, LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, models, documentation, branding, and content we provide. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Notice.
We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that any analytics output will be complete or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConversionOS iQ, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is capped at the fees paid by you to Paddle for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
You will defend and indemnify ConversionOS iQ, LLC against third-party claims arising from your data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, actual or suspected security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may also terminate for convenience by refunding any unused prepaid fees for the then-current term. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete customer data after a reasonable export period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and, where required, notified to you. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.
