Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the ZIP by LocalSignal service (the "Service") operated by ConversionOS iQ, LLC.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

All orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Reply to your Paddle purchase receipt to reach Paddle support, or
  • Contact us through the support channels on our website and we will help route the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions and renewals

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Paddle receipt or paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge occurs and you did not intend to renew, contact Paddle promptly and we will work with them to review your request.

Chargebacks

Please contact Paddle first so we can resolve the issue directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution and is not necessary given our 30-day guarantee.
